Service

CallCatch Local provides missed-call text-back setup, AI-assisted lead capture, owner notifications, CRM/pipeline setup, and related monthly management for local service businesses.

No guarantee

CallCatch Local does not guarantee a specific number of leads, booked jobs, sales, or revenue. The service is designed to help recover leads that may otherwise be missed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving messaging, following up with leads, honoring customer requests, and complying with laws and platform requirements that apply to their business.

Third-party platforms

CallCatch Local may use third-party platforms for phone numbers, SMS, CRM, automation, AI, hosting, forms, and email. Availability and deliverability may depend on those providers.

SMS compliance

Business texting may require consent, opt-out language, and carrier registration such as A2P 10DLC. Clients must provide accurate information for registration and must not use the service for spam or unauthorized messaging.

Billing and cancellation

Setup fees and monthly fees are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly services may be canceled with 30 days notice.
